Job Description:
A company is looking for a Policy Implementation Specialist to
manage data entry and policy communication tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Perform data entry, maintain databases, and ensure data
integrity
Communicate decisions on files to agents via email and implement
policies
Work during normal business hours with potential overtime during
peak periods
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
Must be 18 years of age or older
1+ years of experience in Customer Service
Experience with AS400 and Microsoft Word and Outlook
Ability to work during normal business hours and occasional
overtime
