Job Description:
A company is looking for a Virtual Sign Language Interpreter
(ASL).
Key Responsibilities
Provide real-time interpreting services for a single 2nd grade
student
Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and family members to
ensure student engagement and comprehension
Utilize video conferencing tools and teletherapy platforms for
consistent, high-quality service
Required Qualifications
RID Certification (or equivalent recognized interpreting
credential)
Fluent in American Sign Language (ASL)
Previous experience in a K-12 educational setting
Comfortable with virtual platforms and technology
Reliable internet connection and quiet, professional work
environment
