A company is looking for a Non-QM Mortgage Closer.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and review loan closing documents for Non-QM mortgage
loans
Coordinate with various stakeholders to facilitate timely and
efficient closings
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
during the closing process
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in mortgage closing, preferably in the
Non-QM space
Strong knowledge of Non-QM loan products and mortgage closing
procedures
Experience with loan origination systems and mortgage document
preparation software
Familiarity with TRID, RESPA, and other mortgage compliance
regulations
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced
environment
