with autism and developmental disabilities while supporting our
clinical team with a *structured, multi-tiered support model.**Why

Model:* Balance in-person sessions with remote administrative

advancement opportunities.**Your Role as a BCBA*Youll *design and
oversee ABA interventions*, ensuring high-quality care for children
with autism.*In-Home Responsibilities:** Conduct behavioral
assessments and track client progress.* Provide hands-on *parent
training* to empower caregivers with ABA strategies.* Address
urgent behavioral situations to ensure client safety and care
continuity.*Remote Responsibilities:** Develop and update *Behavior
Intervention Plans (BIPs)*.* Analyze data from *Behavior
Technicians (BTs)* to evaluate intervention effectiveness.*
Collaborate with caregivers, mid-level supervisors, and
*multidisciplinary teams* to align treatment goals.* Maintain
*detailed clinical records* and ensure compliance with policies and
insurance requirements.*Requirements** *Active BCBA Certification*
(Current & valid)* *Masters Degree* in a relevant field* *Clinical
Experience* preferred (New BCBAs welcome to apply)* *Technical
Skills:* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and data analysis
tools*Compensation & Benefits** *Salary:* $80,000 - $90,000
