Job Description:
A company is looking for a Student Support Representative to
assist students with inquiries and provide support related to their
educational experience.
Key Responsibilities
Provide timely information and problem resolution to students via
phone, email, or chat
Maintain compliance with federal student privacy laws and develop
conflict resolution strategies
Collaborate with various departments to resolve customer concerns
and meet performance goals
Required Qualifications
High School diploma required
Ability to learn quickly and work effectively in a team
environment
Proficiency with software applications used in the Student Support
Center
Understanding of FERPA guidelines and university policies
Ability to telecommute with a high-speed internet connection and
dedicated workspace
