Job Description:
A company is looking for an Outreach Operations Representative -
National Remote.
Key Responsibilities:
Contact providers and clinical staff to explain programs and
request information
Develop and manage relationships with providers to enhance program
participation and efficiency
Collaborate with third-party vendors for medical record requests
and manage PHI and provider outreach
Required Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in a related environment using phones and
computers
1+ years of experience with MS Office at an intermediate level
Experience with online research
Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities
Required to have a dedicated work area that ensures information
privacy
