Job Description:
A company is looking for a Client Results Executive I to
maintain and nurture client relationships while ensuring client
satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with clients to align strategic objectives and drive
successful outcomes
Manage daily client interactions and develop engagement plans to
enhance satisfaction
Lead complex cross-functional collaboration with internal and
external stakeholders
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business administration or related
discipline
10+ years of related work experience in account management or
client-facing roles
5+ years of experience in Healthcare Information Technology (HCIT)
consulting or support
7+ years of work experience directly related to the duties of the
position
Experience in client relationship management is a plus
