looking for a strategic and visionary Creator Program Lead to lead
our Creator Program, which aims to develop our top evangelists.
This individual will be responsible for crafting and implementing
strategies to build a community of top creators who generate
compelling content within Cantina and share it externally.The
Creator Program Lead will oversee the entire program with support
from our Creator Manager and Creator Operations Coordinator,
ensuring a seamless blend of relationship-building, content
strategy, and innovative influencer partnerships. The ideal
candidate will have experience in developing creator programs that
go beyond influencer management, fostering genuine advocacy and
long-term engagement.Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive creator program strategy
that cultivates long-term relationships between Cantina and its
creator community.
- Work with our Creator Manager to identify, recruit, and nurture
high-potential creators who align with Cantina's brand vision.
- Provide creators with the tools and support needed to build
cutting-edge AI media, empowering them to innovate and expand their
reach.
- Drive consistent engagement with creators, offering them
value-driven incentives to stay invested in the Cantina
community.
- Maintain direct relationships with top-tier creators,
influencers, and content studios, ensuring active participation and
high satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Product and
Marketing, to align creator strategies with broader company
objectives.
- Stay ahead of content trends across major social media
platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter) and apply
insights to program initiatives.
- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure
program success and continuously optimize strategies based on data
and insights.A bit about you:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a
related field.
- 3+ years of experience running creator programs, preferably in
a digital or social tech environment.
- Experience in developing scalable creator engagement strategies
that drive community loyalty and advocacy.
- Strong experience in community-building initiatives that extend
beyond social media marketing into product engagement and brand
advocacy.
- Experience managing both micro and macro influencers,
understanding how to create value for different levels of
creators.
- Strong understanding of performance metrics and how to analyze
data to improve program impact.
- Comfortable with public speaking, event hosting, and direct
creator engagement.Location:This is a hybrid role, based in either
Los Angeles or San Francisco, as a majority of the Community Team
is based in those cities. Cantina, Inc. currently has offices
located in San Francisco, CA, Sunnyvale, CA, and Brooklyn, NY.Pay
Equity:In compliance with Pay Transparency Laws, the salary range
for this role ranges from $120,000 - $160,000. When determining
salary rate, a number of factors will be considered, including
skills, experience, job scope, and location.Benefits:
