Job Description:

A company is looking for a Customer Implementation & Adoption Specialist to enhance customer success and retention through effective implementation and adoption strategies.
Key Responsibilities

Execute tailored implementation and adoption strategies for customers
Collaborate with customers to understand business objectives and lead project plans
Train customers on DTN systems to ensure effective usage and adoption

Required Qualifications

Experience in service development, customer success, or a related SaaS role
Proven project management experience, preferably with certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2)
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
Experience managing customer implementation and adoption plans
Familiarity with adoption frameworks and methodologies
