• A minimum of 3-5 years of financial planning experience
• High level of energy and entrepreneurship
• Integrity
• Organizational skills
• Series 65 (or 63 and 66)
• CFP or in CFP program with the ability to finish in two years (or another advanced credential or equivalent work experience)
