Job Description:

A company is looking for a Remote Cancellations Case Assistant.
Key Responsibilities

Providing legal advice to clients on contract cancellation terms and implications
Drafting and reviewing cancellation notices, termination letters, and settlement agreements
Negotiating with involved parties to reach agreeable terms for contract termination

Required Qualifications

At least 2 years of immigration law experience
Strong understanding of immigration-related laws and procedures
Excellent case management skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a growing legal team
Bilingual (English and Spanish)
