Job Description:
A company is looking for a Regulatory Labeling Specialist to
provide expertise in food labeling regulations and ensure
compliance with nutritional and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate the label approval process and prioritize workload
within the Corporate Food Technology team
Review and approve consumer package artwork for compliance with
nutritional and regulatory standards
Develop and lead training sessions on consumer package labeling
requirements for staff and managers
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in food science, food safety, regulatory
compliance, or a related field
5+ years of experience in consumer package label compliance, food
science, or food quality assurance
Ability to comprehend and interpret FDA/USDA labeling
regulations
Experience with food labeling laws and regulations
Effective communication skills for non-regulatory audiences
