A company is looking for a Remote Cancellations Case
Assistant.
Key Responsibilities
Provide legal advice to clients regarding contract cancellations
and implications
Draft and review cancellation-related documents and ensure
compliance with contract terms
Negotiate settlements and represent clients in legal disputes
related to contract cancellations
Required Qualifications
At least 2 years of immigration law experience
Strong understanding of immigration-related laws and procedures
Excellent case management skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a growing legal team
Bilingual (English and Spanish)
