Requirements
1 year of previous accounts receivable/accounting experience - Experience with lien filing and sending lien to contractors - Strong attention to detail - Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel and accounting software - Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

Position Details

Part-time - Working 24 hours per week
8 AM - 5 PM - Monday, Wednesday, Friday
Pay - $24 - $27.50 per hour


Accounts Receivable Clerk Duties

Process customer invoices and payments.
Maintain accurate records of transactions.
Handle customer inquiries regarding billing and payment.
Reconcile accounts and resolve any discrepancies.
Send and manage lien to contractors.
Collaborate with other departments.
