Job Description:
A company is looking for a Stay Smart Coach who will be
responsible for coaching clients to maximize key focus areas during
the Stay Smart coaching approach.
Key Responsibilities
Utilize consultative methods and prior experience to drive change
in designated areas
Conduct monthly/quarterly coaching sessions with clients to confirm
and measure implemented changes
Update CRM with necessary notes and changes while promoting
additional products based on client outcomes
Required Qualifications
5-7 years of Automotive Fixed Operations experience preferred
2-3 years of Automotive Service Department management
experience
Ability to present training material engagingly
Proven ability to lead clients to desired solutions
Experience managing multiple accounts and prioritizing tasks
effectively
