Job Description:
A company is looking for an Operations Lead (Card Issuance).
Key Responsibilities
Oversee card management, including shipment requests, cardholder
information maintenance, and funding schedules
Manage payment processing and reconciliation, ensuring accuracy and
efficiency in day-to-day operations
Identify process improvements and manage vendor relationships to
meet service level agreements
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in the payments space
preferred; 4+ years of experience in the payments industry required
in lieu of a degree
5+ years of experience in payments or consumer lending
Expert in using Excel and/or Google Sheets
Experience working at a Fintech company and a large bank is highly
preferred
U.S. citizenship or Lawful Permanent Residency required for federal
contract compliance
