Job Description:
A company is looking for a Claims Call Center Representative to
join their remote contact center team.
Key Responsibilities
Manage incoming inquiry calls and ensure a positive customer
experience
Resolve complex claims inquiries and involve others when
necessary
Liaise with clients to clarify facts and resolve queries
efficiently
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or Equivalent
6 months or more of customer service experience
Data entry experience
Designated workspace free from noise and distractions
Stable, high-speed internet connection (minimum 5 Mbps up and 10
Mbps down)
