Job Description:
A company is looking for a Member Care Advocate to provide
support in a remote health plan environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide empathetic support by answering inbound calls and chats
from members, providers, and vendors
Assist members with health plan-related questions, including
claims, billing inquiries, and benefits coverage
Facilitate access to virtual care services and educate members
about their benefits
Required Qualifications
Experience in a customer service or member support role
Knowledge of health plan operations and member services
Ability to handle complex cases and provide solutions
Familiarity with virtual care services
Availability to work full-time, 40 hours per week, with various
schedules needed
