Job Description:

We are looking for a full-time Operations Manager to support our commercial plumbing business. This role will oversee administrative tasks, assist field operations, and coordinate with dispatch and the Director of Field Operations to ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  
• Manage work orders and prioritize tasks for the field team
  
• Communicate with technicians to ensure job readiness
  
• Handle client relations, including phone calls and service emails
  
• Support internal teams with work orders, purchase orders, and customer interactions
  
• Assist in preparing estimates and proposals
  
• Address customer concerns and ensure timely resolutions
  
• Review documents for compliance with building codes
  
• Coordinate with teams to meet project deadlines
  
  
  Qualifications:
  
  
  • 
    
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
    
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
    
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
    
  • Experience in plumbing or construction is a plus
    
  • Previous experience handling a high volume of calls
