Job Description:
A company is looking for a Retention Specialist to join their
Customer Success team.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with Account Management to identify at-risk customers and
create tailored action plans
Engage with at-risk customers to understand their needs and provide
value-driven solutions
Analyze customer health metrics to identify early signs of
disengagement and execute outreach campaigns
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or
a related field focused on retention
Proven track record of retaining at-risk accounts and reducing
churn
Strong analytical skills to interpret customer data and drive
actionable insights
Experience with CRM systems and customer success tools
Experience in SaaS or technology-driven industries; dental or
healthcare experience is a plus
