A company is looking for a Weekend Patient Coordinator
(Remote/Non-Clinical).
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for patients seeking medical
assistance
Accurately document patient needs prior to nurse interaction
Provide compassionate support using customized scripting
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's Degree
preferred
1+ years of customer service experience required
1-2 years of healthcare experience desired
Ability to type a minimum of 25 wpm
Must pass a pre-employment test and background check
