Job Description:

A company is looking for a Weekend Patient Coordinator (Remote/Non-Clinical).
Key Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact for patients seeking medical assistance
Document patient needs accurately before transferring them to a nurse
Provide compassionate support using customized scripting to build trust with patients

Required Qualifications and Education

High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's Degree preferred
1+ years of customer service experience required
1-2 years of healthcare experience desired
Inbound call center experience preferred
Ability to type a minimum of 25 wpm
