estate paperwork and timelines.

with clients, agents, and vendors.

systems, CRMs, and digital tools.
--- You're a detail-oriented, process-driven individual who thrives
on keeping everything in order.
--- You're proactive and willing to roll up your sleeves to get
things done-whether it's coordinating deals, running errands, or
assisting the team in making sure the office operates
efficiently.
Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
Transaction Listing Coordination:
--- Manage and track transaction timelines, ensuring all deadlines
are met.
--- Assist with contract preparation and compliance, ensuring
accuracy and completeness.
--- Coordinate listing paperwork, scheduling, and marketing
materials.
--- Maintain client and transaction files, keeping everything up to
date and organized.
Client Agent Support:
--- Be a friendly and professional point of contact for clients,
agents, and vendors.
--- Assist with showings, lockbox setups, and open houses as
needed.
--- Coordinate and schedule client meetings, property visits, and
agent showings.
--- Help maintain and enhance client relationships through
excellent communication and follow-ups.
Qualifications:
--- Minimum 2+ years of experience in real estate transaction
coordination, listing management, or office administration.
--- Strong understanding of contracts, timelines, and compliance
within the real estate industry.
--- Tech-savvy-comfortable with CRMs, transaction management
software, digital signatures, and real estate platforms.
--- Excellent verbal and written communication skills-you can
confidently interact with clients, agents, and vendors.
--- Highly organized with strong attention to detail-able to keep
multiple tasks on track without missing deadlines.
--- A proactive, problem-solving mindset-you anticipate needs and
take initiative.
--- A friendly, positive, and approachable personality-clients and
agents should feel at ease working with you.
--- Ability to run errands as needed, including lockbox setups,
property showings, and vendor coordination.
