Job Description:
A company is looking for a Producer (Competitive) to lead the
Competitive Pod in the development of multiplayer and PvP-focused
game modes.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the day-to-day production of first-party projects,
ensuring timely delivery
Define, track, and manage project scope, timelines, and milestones
while adapting to changes
Oversee project schedules and act as the main point of contact
between internal teams and external stakeholders
Required Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in game production, specifically in
competitive multiplayer or PvP games
Proven track record in managing competitive game development and
live services
Strong understanding of PvP mechanics, balancing, and esports
ecosystems
Experience managing cross-disciplinary teams for competitive or
multiplayer titles
Ability to develop project timelines and implement solutions to
ensure engaging gameplay experiences
