Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive and detail-oriented Real Estate Assistant to support a busy real estate agent. This individual will play a key role in assisting homeowners in preparing their homes for marketing, vendor coordination, general errands as well as some office duties. The ideal candidate will have a professional demeanor, proficient computer skills and the ability to move or lift approximately 75 pounds (Lifting and/or moving furniture, boxes and other household items).
Compensation:$18 - $20 hourly DOEResponsibilities:

• Assist homeowners with decluttering homes. This includes relocating, removing and disposing of heavy objects like furniture
• Install/remove lock boxes
• Coordinate and meet with vendors at properties
• Draft required real estate document
  Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years experience in a customer service-related field
  • Must be able to lift approximately 75 pounds
  • Must be able to work on your feet for extended periods
  • Spanish speaking is a plus
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Must have a valid driver's license, current insurance and reliable transportation for running errands
  • Proficient with computers
  • Dependable, punctual, impeccable attendance record
  • Accurate, attention to detail, and service-oriented are a must!
  • Positive attitude, strong interpersonal and diplomatic skills
