A company is looking for a Senior Marketing Operations
Manager/HubSpot Administrator.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and optimize the HubSpot CRM platform, ensuring system
stability and data integrity
Design and implement automated workflows and processes to enhance
sales and marketing operations
Support marketing campaigns and assist sales teams with deal
pipelines and lead scoring strategies
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related
discipline
7+ years of experience as a HubSpot Administrator, preferably in
healthcare
Deep understanding of HubSpot CRM and marketing automation
tools
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, or JavaScript for customization
purposes
Experience with data management, reporting, and workflow
automation
