Job Description:
Bereavement Adviser: Advocate for patients in end-of-life
phase.

Educate patients, families re end-of-life symptoms, options to make
informed decisions.
Provide psychosocial support needed to cope w/terminal
illnesses.
Refer family to community resources for recovery from emotional
distress, to get financial assistance, legal aid.
Work w/other professionals to evaluate patients' condition &
needs.
Master's in Psychology or Counseling or Social Work w/no exp.
OR Bachelor's in same fields w/5 yrs progressive exp.
40 hrs/wk.
