Job Description:
A company is looking for a Client Account Specialist to provide
post-pay cost containment solutions for clients.
Key Responsibilities
Manage insurance claims, invoices, and payments to ensure proper
coding for services
Conduct due diligence to support refund pursuits and verify
provider payments
Generate financial and billing reports while maintaining updated
records of transactions
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED (required)
Bachelor's or Associate's degree (preferred)
At least 3 years of experience in healthcare billing (required)
At least 2 years of relevant experience is recommended for internal
candidates
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
