Job Description:
A company is looking for a Lead Development Representative to
generate sales leads and support marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound phone-based sales lead generation and qualify
potential leads
Maintain accurate data in opportunity and account records and
assist in tactical planning of sales promotions
Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead qualification
processes and support email campaigns
Required Qualifications
1-2 years of experience in outbound phone-based account
development, sales, or customer service
Energetic and results-oriented professional with a passion for
selling
Self-starter with the ability to work independently
Confidence to engage with decision makers at various levels
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Salesforce.com, and email
engagement strategies
