Job Description:
A company is looking for a Bi-Lingual Small-Balance Collector to
join their team remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
Make a minimum of 80 outbound/inbound calls to debtors
Negotiate payment arrangements and create urgency for non-paying
debtors
Collaborate with Client Support Representatives to resolve
disputes
Required Qualifications:
Preferred experience in collections, sales, telemarketing, customer
service, or call centers
Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and data entry skills
Critical thinking abilities and basic math skills
Experience with SalesForce.com is a plus
Dependability and a strong work ethic
