Job Description:
A company is looking for a Client Delivery Team Lead - Assistant
Vice President (Private Investment Desk).
Key Responsibilities
Manage a team of Analysts and Associates, providing operational
support and coaching on client issues
Liaise with various stakeholders regarding private investment tasks
and assess capital call activity
Document policies, implement process improvements, and develop
client relationships through onboarding and support
Required Qualifications
5-7+ years of client service experience in the financial
industry
Experience managing a team and providing developmental feedback
Strong understanding of financial instruments and alternative
investment lifecycles
Proficiency in technology and software tools, particularly MS Excel
and PowerPoint
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage complex
situations
