Job Description:
A company is looking for a Support Specialist I - Tier 1.
Key Responsibilities
Responding to customer inquiries via chat, email, or phone during
business hours
Providing first-touch resolution to customer issues and escalating
as necessary
Maintaining product expertise and contributing to support
resources
Required Qualifications
1+ years of related customer support experience
Experience with technologies such as Salesforce, Intercom, and
JIRA
General understanding of the Real Estate industry preferred
4-year degree preferred
Adaptable to change and able to quickly learn new tools and
technologies
