Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Benefits Specialist to oversee
benefits program administration for the US and Canada.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of benefits programs, ensuring accurate
enrollments and compliance
Assist employees with benefits inquiries, claims issues, and
leave-of-absence requests
Coordinate open enrollment processes and maintain communication
with benefits vendors
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in human resource management or related field
Five to eight years of experience in benefits or employee benefits
administration
Extensive knowledge of employee benefits and applicable national
laws
Experience with self-insured healthcare plans and multiple levels
of benefit offerings
Professional designations such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, SPHR, PHR, or
CEBS preferred
