Job Description:
A company is looking for a Patient Onboarding Associate in a
part-time remote capacity.
Key Responsibilities
Manage registration, scheduling, and rescheduling processes for
patients
Ensure accurate record management by obtaining and communicating
relevant patient information
Receive, screen, and coordinate telephone calls from healthcare
providers
Proactively make outbound calls and send emails to patient
leads
Requirements
1 year of office administration experience required
1 year of call/contact center or high call volume experience
preferred
Proficient with Google Suite
High School Diploma or equivalent
Must have reliable, high-speed internet and a backup option for
connectivity
