A company is looking for a Senior Field Strategist, Cement.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement ambitious green cement legislation at
municipal, regional, and state levels
Build and sustain coalitions with diverse stakeholders, including
labor, environmental justice advocates, and policymakers
Execute a comprehensive field-building strategy aligned with
organizational goals and equity principles
Required Qualifications
5-8 years of experience in coalition development and capacity
building
Experience in strategy development and implementation in diverse
coalition settings
Strong relationship-building skills with various external
constituencies
Background in the climate movement or social justice
initiatives
Ability to navigate and address systemic issues related to equity
and justice
