Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Data Associate to join their
Advanced Analytics Team.
Key Responsibilities
Design and manage custom surveys, ensuring accurate integration
with Power BI dashboards
Export, clean, and analyze survey data, performing advanced
statistical analyses
Monitor survey response rates and create comprehensive reports and
dashboards for clients
Qualifications and Desired Skills
Advanced degree (Master's or Doctorate) in a relevant field such as
social science or psychology
3-5 years of experience in psychometrics and data management
Experience in designing and analyzing behavioral science
surveys
Proficiency in software such as SPSS, Excel, and online survey
tools
Strong project management and organizational skills
