Job Description:
A company is looking for an Application Support Specialist to
provide technical support for critical applications.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor ServiceNow for incident tickets, change requests, and task
assignments, ensuring timely updates and resolutions
Provide expert-level support for applications, troubleshooting and
resolving complex issues while serving as the primary contact for
technical inquiries
Collaborate with IT and development teams to troubleshoot issues
and improve application workflows
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and 2-4 years of relevant experience, or 6-8
years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
Familiarity with ServiceNow or other ticketing systems
Experience with iOS or Android systems
Proficient in MS Outlook, MS Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Word
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
