Job Description:
A company is looking for a Vendor Contracts Administrator for a
3-month contract, remote in the U.S.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare vendor contracts, incorporating budgets and scope of work
into standard templates
Manage the contract approval and execution process, ensuring all
necessary documentation is complete
Track vendor contracts and assist in secondary negotiations as
needed
Required Qualifications
2-4 years of office/business experience, preferably as an executive
assistant, paralegal, or similar role
3+ years of experience in office/business/legal contract
preparation
Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
Ability to learn new systems and processes effectively
