Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Title Examiner responsible for
providing nationwide title services and supporting real estate
transactions.
Key Responsibilities
Compiles, investigates, and examines public and tax records to
determine the legal condition of property titles
Prepares accurate title commitments in accordance with company
procedures
Acts as a resource for less experienced team members and performs
additional duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
Typically requires 5+ years of related work experience
Ability to work under limited supervision and modify work practices
for efficiency
Experience in evaluating and selecting solutions from existing
precedents or procedures
Understanding of team integration to accomplish objectives
