Job Description:
A company is looking for an Instructional Designer to create and
implement learning solutions for the Sales organization.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop learning content using instructional design
processes
Conduct needs analysis and communicate development requirements
across the organization
Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend adjustments based on
performance tracking
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and
experience
4-7 years of experience in designing training for adult
audiences
Proficiency in graphic design tools and applications such as Adobe
Creative Suite and Articulate 360
Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and online
graphic design applications
Information Mapping/DocuTools Certification preferred
