world.What You'll Do:
- Needs Analysis: Conduct regular needs analyses, proactively
obtaining company-wide business signals, and industry insights to
identify priority leadership skill development opportunities.
- Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop and execute a global
learning strategy driven from a comprehensive needs analysis for
leadership and organizational culture development to drive high
performance in alignment with StubHub's goals.
- Leadership Development: Partner with business leaders and
People Experience Team to identify key leadership skills and
development priorities, design and deliver dynamic leadership
development programs that promote career growth for high-performing
talent and cultivate a culture of ownership and collaboration.
- Learning Measurement: Design measurement strategies to analyze
the effectiveness and impact of our development programs on key
people metrics (e.g., performance, engagement, retention, etc.),
and use data-driven insights to continually improve and refine our
solutions.
- Learning Facilitation: Facilitate or teach learning programs in
partnership with internal and external leaders and SMEs.
- Innovation in Learning: Stay current with learning trends,
research, and innovations in leadership and management development,
applying best practices and exploring new learning and teaching
methodologies.
- Instructional Design: Own the full life cycle of learning
content design and creation including setting success metrics,
designing course content, developing content to meet stakeholder
needs, and partnering across the team to regularly evaluate program
efficacy to ensure participants are meeting program outcomes.
- Communication: Lead communication by setting tone and key
messages of the program, and leads socialization with key
stakeholders to ensure cross-functional alignment and
buy-in.Position Type and Expected Hours of Work:
- This role will be hybrid, onsite 3 days per week in our Santa
Monica/New York City office.What You've Done:
- Bachelor's degree with 5+ years' experience in Learning &
Development, Talent Development, and/or Talent Management.
- Proven track record of designing and implementing successful
leadership development programs in a fast-paced, innovative
environment.
- Exceptional presentation and facilitation skills that are
dynamic and engaging.
- Exceptional communication and influence skills, capable of
engaging and inspiring leaders at all levels.
- Strong strategic planning and execution skills, with the
ability to glean and translate business needs into effective
learning solutions.
- Strong knowledge and skills in learning design, development,
delivery, and evaluation methods and tools.
- Demonstrated ability with instructional design methods and use
of core learning theories, frameworks, assessments, etc.
- Experience implementing Learning Management Systems and other
learning technologies.
- Excellent collaboration skills and proven ability to influence
across different levels and functions within the organization.
- Proven expertise in program measurement and evaluation,
including impact measurement, evaluating program effectiveness, and
developing new metrics/KPIs.
- Resourceful, action-orientated with experience to get things
done independently and overcome obstacles by developing creative
solutions to problems.The anticipated gross base pay range is below
for this role. Actual compensation will vary depending on factors
such as a candidate's qualifications, skills, experience, and
competencies. Base annual salary is one component of StubHub's
total compensation and competitive benefits package, which includes
equity, 401(k), paid time off, paid parental leave, and
comprehensive health benefits.Salary Range:$190,000 - $215,000
