"I can succeed as a Principal Compliance Lead at Capital Group."As a Principal Compliance Lead, you provide compliance expertise to support Capital Group's financial transactions. You will partner closely with Capital Group attorneys and interface with internal stakeholders and external law firms to facilitate the transaction process. You are comfortable operating with tight deadlines and can effectively identify and communicate distinctive aspects of each transaction and provide thought leadership to resolve issues.To thrive in this role, you have experience as a paralegal supporting capital markets, M&A or other financial transactions and asset management industry experience."I am the person Capital Group is looking for."

• You are an experienced paralegal or compliance professional with extensive background and experience in securities transactions and/or M&A. Fixed income and/or derivative experience is a plus.
• You pride yourself on building meaningful relationships and establishing trust.
• You take initiative by identifying issues, performing complex analytics, and sharing recommendations on complex and broad matters.
• You possess strong written and oral communications skills enabling you to engage with a diverse group of associates, senior business leaders and a diverse group of individuals outside the organization.
