Job Description:
A company is looking for a CVC P&A Specialist to drive
customer growth and engagement in the Parts and Accessory
category.
Key Responsibilities
Engage directly with eBay Motors Sellers to understand their
business and onboard them to promotional opportunities
Document insights from seller interactions and facilitate feedback
loops to improve customer experience
Achieve core metrics related to productivity, success rate, and
efficiency while maintaining seller relationships
Required Qualifications
12+ months of customer service experience recommended
Strong experience in a customer service or client relationship
management environment
Sales experience is beneficial
Ability to learn and navigate the eBay platform effectively
Self-motivated with a proactive and disciplined mindset
