Systems.
Key Responsibilities
Define the vision and strategy for the design system, ensuring
scalability and alignment with company goals
Design reusable components and tools, and maintain comprehensive
documentation for effective application by designers and
developers
Lead the migration of existing products to the design system and
advocate for its benefits across teams
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience designing consumer-facing products
3+ years of experience leading design systems teams
Proficiency in developing scalable design and code libraries
Experience in defining the visual style of products
Strong leadership skills demonstrated through large-scale,
high-impact projects
