• Education: Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business Analytics, or other relevant fields.
• Graduation Timeline: Current sophomores and juniors with an expected graduation date in 2026 or 2027.

• Engagement: Desire to actively participate in development workshops and virtual programming events.Product Engineer InternAs a Product Engineer Intern, you'll work with cutting-edge technologies to build, enhance, and maintain Allstate's digital solutions. You'll:
  • Develop and optimize software using modern tech stacks.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with automation and root cause analysis.
  • Apply human-centered design thinking to ensure user-friendly outcomes.
  • Design scalable, reliable, and efficient systems.
  • Foster collaboration by demonstrating empathy and a passion for engineering excellence.Digital Product Manager InternAs a Digital Product Manager Intern, you'll drive the development of Allstate's digital products by combining strategy, design, and delivery. You'll:
    • Advocate for consumer-first principles through design thinking and digital innovation.
    • Participate in key planning and development ceremonies (e.g., Discovery & Framings, Iteration Planning).
    • Analyze and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure product success.
