Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Support Associate -
REMOTE.
Key Responsibilities
Provide inbound and outbound telephonic support to insurance
members, conducting Health Risk Assessments
Collaborate with team members to address client needs and maintain
continuity of care
Document interactions accurately and schedule appointments as
required
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree
preferred
Fluency in English; Spanish-speaking preferred
Sales skills, including persuasion and negotiation
Proficiency in Microsoft products
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
