Job Description:
A company is looking for an Onboarding Associate to facilitate
the onboarding process for primary care practices using their
cloud-based clinical and billing platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Consult with client stakeholders to gather and interpret build
requirements for implementation projects
Coordinate project schedules and handle multiple assignments while
identifying customer needs and challenges
Complete data imports and work closely with the Onboarding team to
ensure a successful transition for customers
Required Qualifications
2+ years of relevant professional experience in implementation or
customer-facing roles
Experience with Electronic Health Records or Practice Management
Solutions
Knowledge of medical billing and SaaS
Proficiency in using Google Suite and project management platforms,
including Salesforce
Strong interest in the US healthcare industry and common
technologies is a plus
