Job Description:
A company is looking for a Commercial Contracts Counsel
(Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Draft, review, negotiate, and manage various commercial contracts,
including licensing, publishing, and technology agreements
Identify and mitigate contract risks while ensuring alignment with
company goals and legal standards
Provide legal counsel on data privacy regulations impacting the
gaming industry, including compliance with GDPR and CCPA
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role or relevant
legal field
Substantial experience in drafting, redlining, and negotiating
commercial contracts
Expertise in data privacy and commercial agreements
Possession of a valid license to practice law in the United
States
