  • Advise clients on a broad range of corporate matters, including mergers & acquisitions, securities, governance, and financing transactions.
  • Independently manage and grow your practice while leveraging firm resources and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Collaborate with attorneys across various practice areas to deliver high-quality legal solutions.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and generate new business opportunities.Qualifications:
    • J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
    • Minimum of 10 years of experience handling corporate transactions in a law firm setting.
    • Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships and leading transactions.
    • Portable book of business ($750K+ preferred).
