Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Investigations Counsel to
manage high-risk legal investigations and compliance matters.
Key Responsibilities
Provide legal advice and strategy for government and internal
investigations
Supervise external counsel and manage the collection and production
of relevant data
Conduct internal investigations in compliance with applicable laws
and report findings to stakeholders
Required Qualifications
Law degree from an accredited law school
Admission and good standing in a state bar
15+ years of experience in complex investigations or litigation
5+ years of government investigations and enforcement
experience
Experience managing multiple complex matters simultaneously
